USAGE OF ORIHUT DAAL  MASALA

  • For Kadhi-Mix two tablespoon Daal Masala in One bowl curd and keep it for 15 min. Mix this paste in water with besan and cook it on low flame for 20 min. Now Kadhi is ready. In this pakoda can be added as per choice.
  • For Paratha-Make mixture of Daal Masala(2 table spoon+Salt+Green chilli+Ginger)in oil or water. After rolling paratha spread this paste on it and now fold the Paratha and make shape with roller-pin. Cook this paratha on tawa and serve it with Orihut Buknu and butter.

USAGE OF ORIHUT GARAM MASALA

  • Garam Masala can be used while boiling Moong,Urad,Rajma,Chole,Lobia.
  • While making Tawa fry veg Garam Masala can be sprinkled after complete cooking.
  • Make Garam Masala paste in water for few time before using is in as curry/gravy.
  • ORIHUT Garam Masala does not contain Mirch, Dhaniya, Haldi so it can be used as medicine for cold & flu infection.

USAGE OF ORIHUT CHAT MASALA

  • Chat Masala can be used in Salad, Fruit, Raita, Curd.
  • Can be sprinkled on cooked dry veg, Pakoda while eating.
  • Can be mixed while dough making for Aloo Paratha. It will create magical taste
  • Can be used in Mango chatni(launji), Jaljeera.

USAGE OF ORIHUT ALOO SABJI MASALA

  • While making Aloo Sabji use curd to increase taste and gravy consistency.
  • Aloo Sabji Masala is a Jain Food Masala.
  • ORIHUT Poori Masala and Aloo Sabji Masala is the best combination food.
  • Can be used for making Pumpkin Vegetable.

USAGE OF ORIHUT ACHARI  SABJI MASALA

  • Can be used as filling/stuffing for any kind of stuffed vegetables(Karela,Parwal,Kundru).
  • While making green chilli. Karonda, Methi sabji.
  • Can be used for making Pumpkin Vegetable.

USAGE OF ORIHUT Fish/Mutton/Chicken Marinating MASALA

  • This masala can be used for marinating as well curry for non-veg food.
  • Can be used for marinating Potato, Brinjal, Jackfruit.
